If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is dispatched.
• Payment is processed securely at checkout. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched.

We offer free shipping on all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, though we work with reliable couriers to ensure timely delivery.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Your rights to cancel your order, return items, and receive a refund are set out in full in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, UK customers have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and dimensions are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, materials, or dimensions may occur due to manufacturing processes or display settings. These variations do not constitute a fault.
